Ingredients
- 1# ground chicken
- ½ c spaghetti sauce
- ½ c bread crumbs
- ½ c parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ c mozzarella cheese
- 4 mini loaf pans
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray mini loaf pans with pam
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic and Italian seasoning together
- thoroughly
- Place in mini loaf pans and bake at 350 for 15-20mins
- Top with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese
- Bake for another 5 mins to melt cheese
