Ingredients
- 2lbs chicken (raw)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 – 15oz great northern beans drained
- 1 ¾ c chicken broth
- 2 – 4oz mild green chilis
- 2 ½ c frozen corn
- ½ c half & half
- 4oz light cream cheese
- 1 tsp season salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic
Directions
Crock pot – chicken, beans, chilis, corn, spices and broth for 7-8 hours. Remove chicken and shred Stir in half & half and cream cheese – high for 30 mins.
